11 1/2 oz. Plain Flour 315g
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 ts. baking soda
2 eggs
1 ts. salt
10 oz. real chocolate chips 280g
5 oz. softened butter 140g
5 oz. chopped nuts (optional) 140g
3 3/4 oz. gran. sugar 105g
3 3/4 brown sugar
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter and sugars, add vanilla ess.
Add eggs one at a time beating well between each addition, gradually beat in flour mix.Stir in chocolate.
Rounded tbs. on to ungreased baking sheets, bake at 180C for 9-11 min. until golden brown. Let stand for 2 min, complete cooling on racks. Makes approx 5 doz.
